I typically play mandolin in a bluegrass setting, but I love learning all sorts of genres.

• In November 2019, I helped found my first bluegrass band, Hurricane Hill. We produced two EP-style recordings.

• In August 2022, I helped found my second bluegrass/folk band, Honeyshed String Band.

• In February 2025, I played mandolin with the CU Boulder Symphony Orchestra at the Colorado Music Educator Association Clinic/Conference. We performed Ottorino Respighi’s Feste Romane, which was completed in 1928 and features a mandolin solo.

• Presently, I play for fun, at festivals, and when I have a tune I want to learn!
